This project incorporates the use of iPads, digital printing, photography and art and learning the art forms used by David Hockney. The focus will be replicating scenes from nature, creating 10 photo-tex 60 X 60 digital skins and working with Light Works Studio to create the images, which will be displayed upon completion in the school lobby entrance. The project will incorporate education in technology, architecture, environment and art. Another aspect of the project will be to work with architects at King & King, with students spending an interactive day at the firm, sharing their design concepts, and incorporating math skills in terms of spatial relationships.
