Please consider supporting the 19th Annual SCSD Educational Foundation Recognition Breakfast! Your support of this event and your commitment to educating the children in Syracuse City Schools are a vital part of our success. The breakfast will be held on Saturday, March 25, 2023 at the Marriott Syracuse Downtown. There continues to be a great need in our schools to support the work of our teachers.
The highlight of the breakfast, as always, is the celebration and recognition of dedicated individuals and organizations who go above and beyond supporting the Syracuse City School District. We will be presenting our Annual Educators of the Year Awards, SCSD Alumni Award, and Community Partner Recognition Awards. The Foundation’s Annual Recognition Breakfast has a direct impact on the students and teachers in Syracuse City Schools. The funds raised by the breakfast support the mission of the Foundation, which is to enhance the quality of life and education of children in our Syracuse City Schools. Donations contributed to this event are used to support supplemental educational grants which teachers can apply for each year. In the past 20 years the Foundation has distributed over $900,000 in grants supporting education projects throughout the District.
